General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

• Check-in 1 PM. Check-out 12 Noon
• 1 April to 30 September : Cancellations made prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, as these are special off season rates.
• 1 October to 31 March (excluding 20 December – 10 January) : Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, including no-shows and early departures, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made beyond 30 days would be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
• 20th December to 10th January, Diwali and Easter Week: Full non-refundable prepayment for entire stay required upon reservation.
• All policies and package details are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any specials given by the management are nonrefundable and the above cancellation rules do not apply
